What is coaching?
Coaching is a working partnership in which the coach and client collaborate to help the client identify, clarify, and reach goals.
Is coaching like therapy?
Coaching is not therapy. Therapy generally focuses on working out unresolved emotional issues, usually based in the past, that are creating pain and conflict in the individual. Coaching focuses on the individual's strengths and goals in order to move forward, and, as such, is oriented in the present and future, not in the past.
Where do coaching sessions take place?
Most of my sessions take place over the phone. I will call you so there is no long distance charge. By using the phone, we can focus on intent listening and eliminate the time and stress of travel. We can always arrange an in-person session if and when needed.
What are some of the outcomes of coaching?
Enhanced self-awareness. Clarity about life purpose and goals. Increased ability to be effective in work and in life.
Overall betterment of quality of life.
How do I get started?
Call or e-mail me, and we will set up a session to get started.
